Having a bad day?

No one outside of yourself can control you. Unless you give your thoughts, emotions, and energy to them by dwelling upon discordant circumstances.

Your negative feelings will do you no harm. Don’t worry about it. Isolated events of rage will not attract discordant conditions immediately. It takes time and consistency to bring it to pass. And that is really a good thing.

Stay calm.
Stay unmoved and perfectly content.

Then allow yourself to dwell in the image of your glorious and perfect life, and have faith that it is so.

All of us go through bad days, sometimes repeatedly, and that’s okay. Don’t beat yourself up for not keeping to your best. Please allow yourself to let go.

The important thing is that you keep trying.
Keep trying to direct your thoughts to the vision of your glorious and perfect life.

So what if you had a bad day, remember that you are still in control. Isolated events of rage, anger, and frustration, can do you no harm if you choose to embrace calm and allow yourself to heal.

No one outside of yourself can control you.
You are protected by Him. Surrender in faith, not to anyone else but to the Lord who dwells in you.

And do great wonders.

The Spirit Manifesto

In the end, we are just collections of atoms and molecules held together by an invisible force. Where the mass of every constituent subatomic particle represents a clump of energy vibrating at a set frequency.

We are masses of vibrations. So is everything else in the universe.
Thus, I can change my vibration in this moment and influence the universe around me.
So to say, I direct everything that happens around me, for like attracts like.

The source of all the seemingly horrible things happening outside is only there because of what’s going on inside of me, because of my faulty judgment of it. It is there because I am conscious of it in the spirit, in my inner world.

But I have absolute control over what I become aware of.
That’s the great thing about it. That is the greatest gift.

For when I change my vibration in this moment, I recreate the universe around me.

They say, when I pray for something, when I truly dwell on it with my mind, body, and spirit, I create that circumstance in the spirit realm at that instant.

For God’s grace is immediate.

Then if I let go of resistance and doubt, if I let go of the feelings of unworthiness and inferiority and embrace faith, if I focus on the brightest spots of my consciousness, I will set open in its fullness the stream of well-being running through me and I may create, at will, anything I can ask for – and it shall come to life for sure.

/I must take my hands off it and allow the Universe to bring it pass in the physical without worrying about the hows. I must not try to force conditions into being. It is done unto me. I remember how God’s grace is immediate. I accept that My house is run by the Lord. He and only He sustains me, in glorious abundance./

The spaces in, through, and between the forms of the visible universe are permeated and filled with the Original Substance, the Formless Stuff, the raw material of all things.

There is no limit to the supply of the Formless Stuff or Original Substance. New forms are constantly being made as the unused ones are dissolved. The Formless Stuff is alive and is always impelled toward more life.

Everything is made of concentrations of energy, the Base stuff.

If a man can communicate his thoughts to original thinking substance, coupled with his emotions joyfulness and gratitude, he can cause the creation or formation of the things he thinks about.

To think TRUTH, regardless of appearances.
Because man can so impress his thoughts upon the Formless Substance, as to cause them to take form and become visible things.

When we realize this, we lose all doubt and fear, for we know that we can create what we want to create; we can get what we want to have, and can become what we want to be.

Concentrate on the ideals which you desire to see manifested in your life. Live it every day in mind, body and spirit regardless of appearances; and knowing in full faith, that it is on its way!

How to stop comparing yourself to others

Know Thyself.

We are all judged. It is our inherent nature as humans to seek the best and to have the best. But different people want different things from their lives and thus, the definition of success varies from person to person. Then why do we keep comparing ourselves to others when we want different things from life and have our own unique goals and aspirations? Because the society at large does not care how happy you are with yourself but how successful you are according to society’s definition of success. It judges you on how famous you are, how much money you make, what you do for a living, what posts you hold or what organization(s) you are a part of or run. To the passerby, your definition of success has no value if society does not consider your craft worthy, and you are unlikely to get any approval from it. But approval is not what you are after, are you? Live to make a difference and true success will come to you. Many painters, like Monet and Van Gogh, were not appreciated and in fact were rejected by society while they were alive. These artists continued producing great pieces of art despite rejection because they truly believed in themselves and their craft and perhaps in their minds they already had reached success.

Believe in yourself. You do not need to be better than everyone else, you just need to be your best. You are unique as you are, so be the best unique you.

#1 Define your own success. Don’t let your friends, parents or peers do it for you. The more clear you are about what you want the more likely it is that you will attain it. There is nothing in this world you cannot do; the real question is how bad do you really want it? Think big, start small and when you finally meet your goals, celebrate in style. When you know what you want and you are progressing steadily towards that, the world can wait.

#2 Realize your potential. When you are truly aware of your capabilities your goal will not be ‘to be richer than John’ or ‘to be more famous than Doe’. You will see limitless possibilities. You will see countless solutions. What others say or do will not matter because you will be flying in the rare air zone. You will have no time to dwell in slothful comparison for you will be busy doing.

#3 Get to work. An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory. Whenever you find yourself complaining about your life and comparing your state to other’s, realize that you wasting valuable time feeling sorry for yourself when you can use that time to create something amazing and breathtaking.

#4 Compete with yourself. Every one of us is good at something; study yourself, nurture your nature and build upon the best that is in you. And if you really do have to compare to measure your success, compare yourself to your past self because you grow the most when you are competing against yourself. And fortunately or unfortunately you can never say ‘I’ve made it’ because the only person you are competing is you. Because you can always be better tomorrow than you are today.

#5 Realize we are all imperfect. We only see the good side of others and draw a comparison to our seemingly wretched lives. The truth is we are all learning as we go. Learn to accept who you are; learn to accept your flaws; learn to share your vulnerabilities and focus on the good things about yourself. Once you accept your flaws and failures you will be liberated from the mental measures of your mind. Realize we are all imperfect and we are all learning as we go. Life is meant for accomplishing wonders and doing great things, and you have the power to do that regardless of how flawed or incompetent you might think you are.

You are unique. You have a gift no one else in the world has.
Believe in yourself. Know who you are.
Realize the infinite potential within you.

Live so big that you are beyond comparison. Shine as bright as you can, for there may be a million stars in the galaxy, but you can be the master of your own cosmos.

There is a nameless, shapeless, formless substance that fills the interspaces of the Universe. It is the stuff which thinks. It is the base substance which holds the visible forms together. In its original state, this formless substance permeates, penetrates and fills the entirety of the Universe.

It is in everything and everything is in it.

The atoms and molecules in our physical bodies and in every other object that we see are held together and formed of this Original substance. Everything in the Universe is made from this stuff.

In its true state, it exists in the mode of all possibilities. It earnestly seeks to expand and experience itself in its possibilities. It changes forms based on the consciousness or awareness of the whole.

This formless stuff is extremely sensitive to thoughts and emotions. In fact, our thoughts and emotions can mold and shape this Original thinking substance to create or uncreate realities and circumstances.

We live in an ocean of this Formless living substance which permeates and penetrates all things animate and inanimate. And moreover, we are granted the ability to shape this Formless living substance to our advantage as a whole.

Which only means that we can direct our thoughts and emotions to consciously create the things, events, and circumstances we’d like to experience in our reality.
And how cool is that?

We are the gods of our realities. We can have, do, and be anything we choose.
All we must do is become conscious of this power and use it ably and well.

And by impressing our deepest thoughts and grandest emotions on this Formless substance, we may choose to shape and create our realities as we please.
